WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME?Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, a pair of slippers, and an extra towel if you think you’ll need more than one (we highly encourage people to sit on a towel in the sauna). We’ll provide one towel per guest and have beverages and snacks for sale. If you have any questions about what else to bring, just let us know!

HOW SHOULD I USE THE AMENITIES?Please start with a shower before using the amenities! We have a shower outside of the sauna where you can rinse sweat off before entering cold plunge. There is no right way to sauna but if it's your first time and you need direction we recommend: 1. Starting with the Sauna Enter the sauna and relax for 5-15 minutes, or until you feel comfortably warmed up. Breathe deeply and focus on relaxing your muscles. 2. Take a Quick Rinse Rinse off with a quick, cool shower to remove sweat before entering the cold plunge. 3. Cold Plunge Carefully enter the cold plunge and immerse yourself for 1-3 minutes, or as long as comfortable. Focus on slow, steady breathing to adjust to the cold. 4. Rest After the cold plunge, dry off and allow your body to warm up naturally. Take a few minutes to rest and breathe. 5. Repeat if Desired Alternate between the sauna and cold plunge for 2-3 cycles if desired. Listen to your body and take breaks if needed. 6. End with Relaxation Conclude your session with a few minutes of rest and hydration. It’s essential to drink water throughout to stay hydrated. Note: Always listen to your body and stay within your comfort limits. Avoid staying in either the sauna or cold plunge for extended periods. We discourage breathing exercises that cause fainting.
